Harbourfront Centre’s Craft & Design Studio is an artist-in-residency, incubator and training centre for artists working in the medium of textiles, glass, ceramics, design or jewellery. Despite a legacy as one of Harbourfront Centre’s notable subsidiary initiatives, it had no visual identity of its own.

I developed a branding packing that emphasized the key aspects of Craft & Design: texture, materiality and construction. The identity was designed to be continually updated with actual photos of artists-in-residence, their work and its materials.
